Brittany’s Place is a secluded condominium complex,
nestled in a quiet wooded area, just off of a main auto thoroughfare. We have 96 units in 8 two-story walkup
buildings. Due to the semi-private
front entrance design of the upper level, there are no elevators. The buildings have condos consisting of
one, two and three bedroom configurations.
There is a large pool and clubhouse thoughtfully located between the
North and South building groupings.
All condos have private laundry hookups off the back lanai or
balcony, or in-pantry. Regarding
condominium utilities, the Association provides water, sewer and trash
removal service. Spectrum Cable TV
and Internet connection are available to all units at a special group rate
for Brittany’s Place Condominiums (customer must
sign up directly with Spectrum to obtain this rate and service).
All our buildings and clubhouse exteriors have been
completely restored. Stairwells are
being replaced as needed. Paving and
pool restoration has been completed. Landscaping and irrigation are currently
in the process of repair and operation.
2025 Meeting Schedule
Owners
are invited and encouraged to attend all meetings listed here. Tenants may also attend, but in a
non-voting capacity. All meetings
are held at the Brittany’s Place Clubhouse at the entrance of the
Community.
(As a
rule, meetings will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, unless
circumstances dictate otherwise)
